Privacy notice

This site collects as little as possible. There is no contact form, no advertising tracker, no marketing cookie and no third-party profiling. This page describes exactly what does happen.

Who is responsible

Elastobras Indústria de Artefatos de Borracha Ltda, CNPJ 00.760.666/0001-48, Rua Bom Jesus de Iguape 1007, 81610-040 Curitiba — Paraná, Brazil.

What we collect

Technical logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical data on each request: IP address, browser and operating system identification, date and time, and the page requested. This is generated automatically by any web server and is used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is cookie-free: it does not store anything on your device, does not use fingerprinting, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build an individual profile. The data is aggregated — page views, country, referring source — and cannot be traced back to a person.

This is why the site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing stored on your device for which consent would be required.

Email

If you write to us, we process what you send in order to answer and, where a business relationship follows, to keep the record of that correspondence. We do not add your address to any mailing list and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

What we do not do

  • No contact form and no newsletter signup
  • No advertising or remarketing pixels
  • No social network tracking widgets
  • No fonts or scripts loaded from third-party content networks
  • No sale or sharing of personal data

Legal basis and retention

Technical logs and aggregated audience measurement are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure site and understanding whether it is useful (LGPD Art. 7, IX; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Email correspondence is processed to take steps at your request and for the performance of a contract where one follows.

Technical logs are retained for a short period by the hosting provider. Audience data is aggregated and holds no individual record. Email correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable legal obligations require.

Where the data is processed

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which means a request may be served from a location outside Brazil or outside your own country. Email is processed on Google Workspace infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion of your data, information about sharing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period set by the applicable law.
